Writing Salawat in the Book

The Virtue of Writing Salawat in the Book ~ Hi all readers! In the previous article, I explained why Salawat is important. Of course, as Muslims, we must know that. Do you know that Salawat is a very good Dhikr for Muslims? One example is if Muslims write Salawat in the book. That is what I will explain in this article. So, you have to read this article to the end.

the virtue of writing salawat in the book, writing salawat in the book, the virtue of writing salawat, salawat, writing salawat in the book, what is the purpose of salawat, what is the virtue of sending salat upon the prophet, what is the hadith about sending salawat,

Before I explain more about the virtues of writing Salawat in the book, I want to explain that it is one of the valid teachings of Islam. The point is that the Prophet Muhammad had encouraged Muslims to do that. That’s why there are so many hadiths that explain that. But surely, I will not quote everything in this article. In this article, I will only quote two hadiths.

Hadith About Writing Salawat in the Book

The two hadiths about the writing Salawat in the book that I mean are as follows;

From Abu Hurairah radliyallahu anhu, he said, “Allah’s Messenger (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, “Whoever writes Salawat for me in a book, the angels will continue to ask forgiveness for him as long as my name is in the book.”

From Ibn Abbas radliyallahu anhu, he said, “The Messenger of Allah (Prophet Muhammad) sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, “Whoever writes salawat for me in a book, then the salawat will become “Amal Jariyah (deeds whose reward continues to flow)” for him as long as my name is in the book.”

All Readers! If we have understood the two hadiths above, then we will be able to conclude several things as follows;

  • Salawat is one of the excellent Dhikr and people who read it or write it will get a very big reward.
  • The first and second hadiths explain that if someone writes salawat in a book, then the Angels will ask forgiveness for that person and that salawat will be “Amal Jariyah (deeds whose reward continues to flow)” for him.

All Readers! That is a brief explanation of the virtues of writing Salawat in the book. Do you understand? If you want to ask, please ask.

I think that’s enough for this article. May be useful. Amen!

See you in the next article.
