We Can’t Be Desperate from Allah’s Grace!

Hi all readers! In this article I will invite you to know a little about the grace of Allah Ta’ala. We need to know that. Not infrequently we find someone who is desperate maybe because he experienced a failure of life, or even someone who taught Islam in the wrong way, so he thought many creatures in the hereafter would get tortured.
In the meaning of language, we can understand the word “mercy” as “affection”. Affection is a form of feeling that is usually used to help and maintain. I think that is the conceptual description of Allah’s Grace. We can understand that by saying, that it is with mercy that Allah helps and safeguards His creatures from the evil that happens. We can find an explanation of Allah’s grace in various verses of the Qur’an, for example;

Say: To whom belongs what is in the heavens and the earth? Say: To Allah; He has ordained mercy on Himself; most certainly He will gather you on the resurrection day– there is no doubt about it. (As for) those who have lost their souls, they will not believe. (Al-An’aam [6]; 12).

And when those who believe in Our communications come to you, say: Peace be on you, your Lord has ordained mercy on Himself, (so) that if any one of you does evil in ignorance, then turns after that and acts aright, then He is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al-An’aam [6]; 54).

O my sons! Go and inquire respecting Yusuf and his brother, and despair not of Allah’s mercy; surely none despairs of Allah´s mercy except the unbelieving people (Yusuf [12]; 87).

The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said, “Surely Allah has a hundred graces. Of the hundred blessings there is one mercy that is used by all beings to love one another. Whereas the other ninety-nine graces he used to bless on the Day of Judgment.” The hadith is narrated by Muslim, number 4951.

Abu Hurairah said, “I have heard the Messenger of Allah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,” Allah has said a hundred blessings. He saved nine recovered nine graces at His side and sent down one mercy to earth. From that one grace all beings love one another, even a horse lifts its nails so as not to hold on to his child.” The hadith is narrated by al-Bukhari, number 5654.
If we look at a number of verses and the two hadith above, then at least we can conclude some things as follows;
1. Allah Ta’ala has confirmed that He has mercy. With that he loves all beings and forgives whoever he wants.
2. We are obliged to be sure, that Allah Ta’ala has mercy. Only infidels do not believe that.
3. Allah Ta’ala has created a hundred blessings. One of the hundred blessings He sends down to earth so that all beings can love each other; parents love children and vice versa, animals love their children, we love other humans, and so on. While the other ninety-nine blessings he will use to redeem whoever he wants in the hereafter, such as the forgiving of sinners and so forth.
All readers! After reading the brief description above, it is very inappropriate if we despair of Allah’s grace in any condition, especially when we experience failure in life.
I think that is enough for this article. May be useful! Amen!
See you again in the next article!
