Prophet Muhammad’s Advice About Prayer, Istighfar, Qur’an, and Dhikr

Hi all readers! In this article I will explain about the will of Prophet Muhammad to Ali bin Abi Talib about prayer, istighfar (asking forgiveness of Allah), the Qur’an, and dzikir. As Muslims we have to know about it because there are many important suggestions and virtues in it.
Okay! Straight to!
Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said;
“O Ali! You must pray at the time between the call to prayer and iqamah because actually it will not be rejected.”
“O Ali! If you pray, then raise your hands right in front of your chest and do not raise them above your head. You must signal Allah Ta’ala with the index finger of your right hand.”
“O Ali! You may not increase your voice to read and pray when people are praying (salat), because that can damage their prayer (salat).”
“O Ali! Whoever reads the sentence dhikr to Allah before dawn, before the sun rises, and before sunset, then Allah will be ashamed to torture him with Hell fire.”
“O Ali! If you have finished praying, then sit at your place until the sun rises. Indeed, Allah will record the reward of the Hajj, Umrah, or free the slaves, or give charity as much as a thousand Dinars to the person who sits in his place.”
“O Ali! Whoever utters this sentence up to twenty-five times a day, then Allah will record him (him) as one of his lovers;
I ask Allah for forgiveness, the Supreme Lord, for myself, my parents, all Muslim men and all Muslim women, all men of faith and all women of faith, both those who live and those who die.
“O Ali! Whoever pronounces this sentence every day, Allah will forgive him;
There is no god but Allah before everything exists. There is no god but Allah after all is there. There is no God but Allah. Our Lord is eternal and all will disappear. There are no kings in all the heavens.”
“O Ali! Whoever pronounces this sentence every day;
اَللَّهَمَّ بَارِكْ لِيْ فِيْ الْمَوْتِ وَفِيْمَا بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ
O Allah, bless me when I am dead and in a state of death.
So, Allah will not count whatever he has done in the world. Whoever makes a takbir sentence (اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ) up to one hundred times before sunrise and a hundred times before sunrise, then Allah will record the reward of one hundred worship experts, one hundred people who strive in Allah Ta’ala. Whoever reads the prayer to me up to one hundred times a day, then he has the right to get my intercession. Increasing reading istighfar (asking forgiveness of Allah) is the fortress of those who repent from Hell.
That is the will of Prophet Muhammad to Ali bin Abi Talib about prayer, istighfar (asking forgiveness of Allah), the Qur’an, and dhikr. Hopefully we can practice the will. Amen!
I think that is enough for this article. May be useful! Amen!
See you again in the next article!
