عَنْ أَبِيْ هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : الصَّلَاةُ عَلَيَّ نُوْرٌ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ , مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيَّ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ثَمَانِيْنَ مَرَّةٍ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهُ ذُنُوْبَ ثَمَانِيْنَ سَنَةٍ

From Abu Hurairah radliyallahu anhu, he said, "The Messenger of Allah, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, said, 'Reading Salawat to me is light on the Shirath (bridge to Heaven). Whoever reads Salawat to me on Friday eighty times, Allah will forgive all his sins committed over the past eighty years.'"
